A coveted Bay Area strain created by Jigga and PieGuy, Cherry Pie (Urkle x (F1 x Durban)), is a solid foundation on which to build any breeding project. As described by 808 Genetics themselves, Cherry Pie “has a terpene profile that is unmatched – a strong, sharp cherry aroma with a grape nag champa backend and notes of gas and pie crust.” The result of a prior breeding project that yielded both an eye-catching female flower producer and a studly male pollen provider, the Strawberry Runtz (Runtz x Strawberries and Cream F2) male eventually fathered its own line of seeds. As part of that lineup, Cherry Pie x Strawberry Runtz became known as Strawberry Cherry Pie.
True to its maternal lineage, Strawberry Cherry Pie is a plant of medium height that showcases deep green, purple-tipped flowers and tightly serrated fan leaves, making it a marvel to behold.
